  • Nope! You aren't crazy and we aren't bad at marketing. We don't have a phone in the store on purpose. We want our team to be fully present with the people standing in front of them, not stuck on hold.

  • We don't offer online orders right now. We want everyone in line to get a fair shot at the goods without being jumped by advance orders. Come in, see everything, and grab what you want.

    However, if you're feeding a crowd, we do offer limited* daily pre-orders for 3+ dozen pastries.  Make sure to fill out our contact form and we will get back to you with specifics.

    * Pre-orders are only available from our Edgewater and West Street locations.

  • Yes! We have physical and digital gift cards that work at any of our locations. Perfect for the BMB lover in your life. Visit here to grab to purchase one online.

  • We do! We are starting with a few items and plan to add more as time goes on.

    Our West Street location has a dedicated gluten-free kitchen with its own equipment, ovens, prep spaces, and staff. Nothing is shared with our regular kitchen. All ingredients that enter the GF kitchen are gluten free, and we package everything with a gluten-free seal to prevent cross contamination.

    Whatever your reason for needing gluten free, we want you to feel comfortable eating here. Read more of our Gluten-Free Promise.

    Please note that our gluten free kitchen is not wheat free. One of our flours contains wheat starch, gluten removed. While it is safe for those with celiac, it is not safe for those with wheat allergies.

  • At our Black Market Bakers West Street location, we have a dedicated gluten free kitchen within our regular kitchen space. Whatever your reason for needing gluten free, here are our promises to you.

    • The Gluten Free kitchen has its own equipment, ovens, prep spaces, dishwasher, etc. Nothing is shared with our regular kitchen.

    • All ingredients that enter the GF kitchen are gluten free.

    • We have a separate staff for our gluten free kitchen.

    • We have knowledgeable team members trained on our gluten free protocol.

    • Our products are packaged and bagged in the GF kitchen with the gluten free seal to prevent cross contamination.

    • We want you to feel comfortable in your decision to eat here, so please ask us any questions.
